I believe you are referring to The Solfeggio Frequencies/Harmonics/Tones. There are many different choices on YouTube.
The Solfeggio Frequencies are the sounds of the Creator, according to Alex. It is basically sounds/frequencies hidden within some relaxing music. You don’t even have to listen because your subconscious will hear it. I listen to them every day. My pain doctor recommended them for pain control, also. You will really like it.

Excellent news from Alex about our brains being already wired for 7D, some 11D – makes perfect sense to Heart.
Will be glad to hear the A’s techniques for aligning with this. We already know that, by dropping our current belief systems (BS), we are clearing the way to move on. Also, by moving out of mind-dominant living into Heart, we’re also aligning.
Let’s DO IT, friends. This is what we came here to accomplish. We CAN do it. That’s an important new belief to take on 😉
