As many of you are having a few difficulties purchasing live webinar tickets as well as webinar replays I thought I'd create a quite Frequently Asked Questions page to help guide you. As you know Alex shares content that the mainstream has banned. Any discussions in a negative light about any type of injection are banned on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and Vimeo. Currently, our only option is to use platforms such as Brighteon (operated by Mike Adams of Natural News). Their platform is a little confusing, especially around the multitude of Shop Now, Donate, Sign Up, Subscribe & Login buttons. So this FAQ may help you navigate through the confusion.

Using Brighteon (For webinar replay purchases):

Brighteon is by far the most confusing and these instructions will help you purchase a webinar replay:

  1. How to sign up to Brighteon. How to create a Brighteon account.

    Go to Brighteon and click on ‘Create New Account' in the top right of the page. Enter your name and email address in the form on the left. Complete the CAPTCHA code (if the captcha fails, click the refresh button) and click ‘Create New Account' button.You will receive an email in your email account within a couple of minutes. If you don't see the email in your account then please check your Spam/Junk folder for the email. If you don't see the email at all after 20 minutes then sign up again, you may have typed your email address wrong. Click the link in the email or click ‘Set Up Your Account'.

    On the ‘Create Your Account' form enter a ‘Username', ‘Password' and a ‘Channel Name' that you can remember, or write the username, password and channel name on a piece of paper. If you would like to create a secure password use this password generator. It doesn't matter if you don't want to share video content on Brighteon you must assign a channel name. Use your username or some other name you would like to be known as. Click the ‘Submit' button.

    Look at the top right-hand corner of the page and click ‘Log In'. Enter the username (or your email address) and password combination you chose in the step before and click ‘Login'. You are now logged into your Brighteon account.

  2. How to log into your Brighteon account.

    To log into your Brighteon account look at the top of the browser where it says ‘Log In' or ‘Create New Account'. Click ‘Log In'. Enter your username (or email address you used when signing up to Brighteon) and password.

    If you cannot remember your password click ‘Don't remember your password?' and enter the email address you used to sign up to Brighteon and click ‘Reset'. You will receive a link to create a new password. If you do not receive this email please check your Spam/Junk folder.

    In the email, you will see a message click on ‘here' in the message and that will take you to a web page where you can enter a new password. The page will refresh (or return to the Brighteon homepage) and you can now click on ‘Log In' and enter your new username/password combination. You are now logged into Brighteon.

  3.  How to purchase a webinar replay.

    Once you have logged into Brighteon (see above for instructions), you can visit the webinar replay video trailer page from any webinar replay email or the link at Alex Collier's website and then click the ‘For $5.99' for webinar replay videos or ‘For $4.99' for webinar Q&A replay videos blue button directly under the webinar replay trailer video. A pop-up will appear which will allow you to enter your billing details. If the pop-up doesn't appear please make sure any pop-up blocker you are using is turned off. Sometimes pop-ups don't appear on Mobile devices so make sure you are accessing the full website version instead of a mobile-optimized version of the Brighteon website (please see your mobile Internet browser's instructions to find and activate the full website option).

    Enter… Credit or Debit card number. Expiration date. CVC code (which is the last 3 digits on the back of your credit or debit card). Name. Address 1. Address 2. Zip. The payment processor is Stripe and they will handle the transaction. Do not worry about Country or entering a complete Zip code. It will still process correctly.

    Brighteon does not accept PayPal. If you do not have a credit or debit card you can get a free virtual debit card at Wise. Click this link to sign up to Wise where you can use the virtual debit card to pay for webinars at Brighteon.

  4. How to view your purchase, how to view the webinar replay video.

    Once you have logged in (see above for instructions), you can visit the video trailer page from any webinar replay email or the link at Alex Collier's website and then click ‘Watch Video' the blue button under the video trailer. That will take you to the main webinar replay video and you can watch the video by clicking the play button. Or, you can log into your Brighteon account and look at the top right-hand side of the page and click ‘Dashboard'. Now, look at the grey menu where it says ‘Notifications', ‘Account', ‘Library'. Click ‘Library. Your purchased videos will be in there. Click on the purchased video you would like to watch.
